What goes where

Getting in and out of a lifted truck.

A lift raises the door sill by the full height of the kit plus half the tire gain. Running boards or power steps make up that difference every time you get in.

Running boards and bed covers

  • Running boards, fixed, the simple choice for a daily driver.
  • Powered side steps that drop when the door opens and tuck back up out of the way.
  • Nerf bars, when you want the step and some protection with it.
  • Bed covers, folding or roll-up, fitted so they seal and lock the way they should.

Wheel lights, ring lights and LEDs.

  • Wheel lights and ring lights, single or quad row, wired to a switch you can reach.
  • Rock lights by the pod, under the body and in the wheel wells.
  • LED bars and pods, roof, bumper or ditch, for the corners a headlight misses.

Mounting a light is the quick part. We route the wiring so it doesn’t chafe, fuse it properly and put the switch where you can reach it, so it keeps working. Powered steps get the same care: the feed, the door signal and the controller are wired and sealed against water.
